The benefits of the student visa
- It allows you to work up to 40h every 15 days and without limitation during your school holidays;- You can apply for the visa in Australia without leaving the country (under certain conditions);
- If you are studying a university course (Bachelor or Master level) for 2 years on a single student visa, you can be eligible for the Post Study Work Visa, a work permit without limitation for 2 to 4 years;
- You can afterwards make a request for Sponsorship or residence without leaving the country, unlike the tourist visa
