Your WHV visa expires and you would like to stay in Australia
We offer you several options in Australia:- You can renew your WHV - Working Holiday visa for a second year, visit the DIBP ( Australian Immigration ) for details because it must meet certain conditions; it allows you to continue working without limitation except to stay longer than 6 months with the same employer
- You can apply for the Sponsorship visa 457 or ENS ( Employer Nomination Scheme) without leaving the Australian territory : the primary requirement is to find a company interested in your profile and that it meets the criteria imposed by DIBP. To assure you of the success of this application, we can advise you a registered immigration agent.
- The option of a student visa is the easiest to stay and work in Australia : the only requirement is to be enrolled in a full-time training course accredited by the Australian Government and it allows you to work 40 hours per fortnight maximum. We have selected flexible courses according to your budget and profile.

You're on a tourist visa and you would like to stay and work in Australia
- If you have a European passport, you can apply for a work visa without leaving Australia: this is the student visa. We have selected flexible courses adapted to your budget and profile.- If you absolutely want to apply for a Working Holiday visa, you must leave the country, make your request outside (NZ, Fiji ...) and return to Australia upong the grant of your visa.
- In the case of a sponsorship visa - 457 or ENS (Employer Nomination Scheme) , it is usually difficult to apply in Australia from a tourist visa. If you're in this case, we can advise you a registered immigration agent.
